The hardware was visibly clean (despite dust buildup from the unpaved road), and the dewar's fluidic connections even appeared ox-cleaned prior to delivery. Cal-Tool also accommodated our last-minute request for an extremely low-pressure dewar, which significantly improved our tank fill and pre-chill operations. This hotfire also yielded LPL’s highest-quality throttle data to date, which was made possible in part by Cal-Tool’s cryogenic supply.The most remarkable aspect of Cal-Tool’s service has been the team's professionalism and customer-first attitude. A perfect example is when, at no fault of theirs, Cal-Tool’s truck became stuck in soft sand on the off-road route to the delivery site. Despite the recovery effort falling late into the evening, the driver stayed remarkably positive and was determined to deliver that same night, allowing LPL to stay on schedule.
